Dr. Anne D. Simons received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the Washington University in St. Louis and is currently Professor of Psychology at the University of Oregon.  Dr. Simons' research interests focus on various aspects of depression, it’s etiology, maintenance and treatment with particular emphasis on cognitive diathesis stress models of depression, cognitive therapy for depression, and gender issues in depression.
